COMPANY BACKGROUND

IAAE (International Academy of Advanced Education, Inc.) is an IT-development, IT-training and business-training company. It was established in 1997 as a separate company by leading Russian experts in the field of information technologies, business and professional education. The activity of IAAE is currently oriented to American and Russian IT markets. The company is registered in USA and Russia. Its head office and production power are located at the center of St. Petersburg, Russia.

To the moment there are four main subdivisions created and successfully working in the IAAE - The Center of Information Solutions "VICOR" (established in 1989), The IAAE Computer School, The IAAE School of Business and Specialized IT Recruiting Agency.
Our services include development of the Internet/Intranet applications, databases, corporate web sites; polygraphy and web design; teaching the wide range of IT and business specialties using original techniques and programs; recruiting of IT specialists in Russia and USA.

IAAE is composed of more then 60 professionals with wide range of skills and knowledge in various fields, such as software development, computer design, business and IT management, adult education, IT recruitment. There are 5 PhDs among them.

IAAE today is:

• Over two hundred of completed IT projects which include Internet portals, systems of electronic document exchange, systems of human resources monitoring, computer design;
• Over 1000 graduates per year, that received extensive professional preparation in the field of new information technologies;
• Offices equipped with powerful computers and modern means of software development and design;
• Eight specialized by direction computer classes equipped with modern computers, digital photo and video equipment;
• Seven auditoriums for theoretical lessons, trainings and seminars;
• Dedicated high speed Internet connection for the office and all computer classes;
• Corporate web server capable of site hosting and supporting all kinds of software used in education process.

Main goal of the IAAE work is raising the business effectiveness and development of the information technologies by means of its own projects, IT and business education as well as recruiting of IT specialists in Russia and USA.
